Every good project starts with a lot of preparation, which is exactly what we performed in the scope for Silber Road in Houston, TX. More specifically, we identified existing public and private utilities, performed traffic projections estimated through the year 2035, did a drainage analysis, performed an environmental site assessment, proposed improvements, estimated construction costs and provided a preliminary engineering report.
