A graduate of Lamar University (go, Cardinals!), Terry holds a degree in Civil Engineering and also brings 40+ years of civil engineering experience, centered around traffic and transportation projects for TxDOT, toll road authorities, cities and counties. He’s comfortable leading, planning and executing public meetings related to the development of transportation projects. You can find Terry working on route studies and schematic design, Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E) for urban/rural roads and freeways, bridges, traffic control plans, traffic studies, signal design, and drainage studies/design.
