About Ramon

Ramon brings 22 years of professional engineering experience in project management, transportation, drainage, utility engineering and construction phase services. He has a passion to design and deliver projects that will dramatically improve safety and quality of life for the community. His transportation project experience includes roadways, traffic control plans, signing/pavement markings, illumination, transit corridors (LRT, Bus), bicycle lanes/shared-use paths, park & rides, transit centers and universal accessibility improvements. Utility Engineering project experience includes utility coordination, utility engineering, SUE, conflict resolution, agreement preparation and public/private utility design. Ramon holds both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Houston. He is Past Post President and National Director of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME). He was selected to the National Academy of Fellows for contributions to SAME and the engineering profession. He currently serves as the SAME Leadership/Mentoring Chairman, SAME Scholarship Committee Chairman and also on the HESS Board.
