FM 1463 Utility Coordination and SUE
We were tasked with the utility coordination and Level D-A Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) on a stretch of FM 1463 between IH 10/Katy Freeway to FM 1093. As part of our responsibilities, we developed contact lists, conducted research in the field and on utility records, created conflict lists, hosted project meetings, developed reimbursement agreements as well as the utility relocation plan itself. Public utility relocations were designed and included in roadway plans for construction by the TxDOT contractor.

- Over 50 test holes performed
- Oversaw the plan, schedule and cost estimate review and approval process
- Design of municipal water and wastewater relocations for City of Katy and City of Fulshear were also a part of this project.
