Ramon Herrera, P.E. - Principal
Holds both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and a
Masters of Business Administration from the University of Houston. Mr. Herrera's 14
years of professional engineering experience includes underground utility design and
relocation, traffic control plans, site planning and development, construction
management, and wastewater plant design.

Terry L. McDaniel, P.E. - Principal
Mr. McDaniel has 33 years experience in general civil related projects with most of the
experience related to traffic and transportation projects for TxDOT, toll road authorities,
cities and counties. Typical projects include route studies and schematic design, Plans,
Specifications & Estimates (PS&E) for urban/rural roads and freeways, bridges, traffic
control plans, traffic studies, signal design, and drainage studies/design. Other
assignments he assists with include the planning and execution of public meetings
related to the development of transportation projects.

professional engineering experience provides clients with the knowledge and
experience needed to complete projects on time and within budget. Mr. Colwell has 9
years of project management and design experience in underground utility design and
relocation, traffic control planning, roadway design, traffic studies, and signal design.
